SEND Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant in Horncastle. The position is Temporary with a possibility to become Permanent.

About the school:

Our client is a SEND school in Horncastle serving children from 6-16 years old with Autism diagnosis and associated conditions.

Candidate:
We would prefer the Level 2-3 teaching assistant qualification but at the same time will consider the following experience:

You have experience working with special education children or young adults
You have experience as a carer supporting vulnerable young adults with special needs
You have a prior experience as a sports coach, breakfast club or lunch time supervisor.
You have worked as a youth or activity leader supporting vulnerable teenagers.

You MUST have a current enhanced DBS on updated service or be prepared to apply for one.
