What skills and experience we're looking for The Opportunity
We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour of pupils during lunchtime periods. Working closely with staff and students, you will help create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment in the dining hall and playground, encouraging positive social interaction and supporting pupils' welfare.
Your contribution will directly support our commitment to providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential.
- Previous experience working with primary school age children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a good relationship with the pupils and approachability.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a school environment, e.g. Basic Health and Safety Training.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
