The David Ross Education Trust’s Eresby Special School in Spilsby seeks a dedicated Pastoral & Safeguarding Support Officer to promote pupil safety and wellbeing. You will provide high-quality pastoral support across the school and work with staff to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
Ideal candidates will have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, a relevant Level 3 qualification, and a commitment to safeguarding training and record-keeping.
