Salary: £93 - £110 per day, depending on experience

GSL Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in schools in Horncastle
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people and helping them achieve their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and other members of staff to provide valuable support both inside and outside the classroom. You may work with pupils on a one-to-one basis, support small groups, or assist the wider class depending on the needs of the school.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils with learning activities and classroom tasks.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
- Help pupils remain focused, motivated and engaged in their learning.
- Support positive behaviour and encourage pupils' confidence and independence.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and preparation.
- Provide additional support to pupils with SEND or other learning needs where required.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- A patient, caring and positive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- A flexible and reliable approach to work.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
