Select Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Thetford on a permanent basis. You will own the CMMS, supervise engineering teams on two shifts, and support breakdowns to minimise downtime while ensuring safety standards are met.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will drive maintenance planning, asset data accuracy, and continuous improvement across mechanical and electrical tasks in a busy manufacturing environment.
