JLL is seeking an experienced occupier collections professional in the UK to manage designated occupier relationships, monitor arrears, and drive timely cash collection. You will lead discussions with internal stakeholders and clients, reporting on performance and coordinating actions to resolve delinquencies.
The role involves producing arrears MI, engaging with enforcement agents and solicitors as needed, and working closely with the wider AR function to meet KPI targets.
