Finance Manager

Fully Office-Based | Circa £50,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established, family-run luxury retail business. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a hands‑on finance environment, and can bring strong technical ability alongside a calm, collaborative approach. Experience using Net Suite system is beneficial.

• Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Manage bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Manage petty cash, expense claims, and corporate credit card reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and review payroll‑related entries when required
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management accounts and cost centre P&L
• Support budget preparation, monitoring variances and highlighting issues to management
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
• Respond to finance queries

• Strong experience using Net Suite within a finance environment would be beneficial
• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience with in retail or product‑based environments is beneficial but not essential
