The Job (The Good Stuff)You'll be the technical brains behind packaging across two production sites, getting stuck into:
- Translating briefs into practical, production-ready packaging solutions
- Presenting packaging concepts with confidence (yes, people will listen)
- Leading packaging trials, transit testing, and launch activity
- Managing artwork and print across internal systems and retailer platforms
- Owning packaging specifications, BRC compliance, and waste reporting
- Working closely with procurement to identify smart cost-saving opportunities
- Acting as the go-to packaging expert for operations, NPD, and suppliers
Hands-on. Fast-moving. Proper packaging work.
What We're AfterYou'll already have:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Packaging Technologist in food manufacturing
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Solid knowledge of own label vs branded packaging processes
- Confidence dealing with suppliers, retailers, and internal teams
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
