Our Compounding team in Thetford, England, United Kingdom is recruiting for Production Technicians. You will be manufacturing life‑saving products such as nutrition, chemotherapy and antibiotics that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals worldwide.
In our team, we pride ourselves on 100% commitment to patients and work hard, being dedicated to delivering high‑quality product at all times. We work rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, 06:00‑14:00 and 13:00‑21:00. At busy times, overtime may be required. We offer a competitive salary of £25,600 and a weekly shift allowance of £45.35.
All shift work is performed in a classified cleanroom – requiring the use of PPE. No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manufacture life‑saving products in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks on the product as part of the manufacturing process.
- Record detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents following Good Documentation Practices.
- Perform and record cleaning of equipment and work areas as defined in SOPs.
- Notify the Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager or Quality Assurance of any deviations from the process and help correct mistakes under guidance of the Team Leader and Quality department.
- Perform all tasks requested by the Team Leader.
- Strong work ethic; reliable and committed; able to work flexibly to meet patient needs.
- Effective and respectful communication skills.
- Analytical and meticulous approach to problem solving.
- High quality standards with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing team environment.
- Ability to prioritise daily work schedule and adapt to different tasks based on staff scheduling.
- English & Mathematics GCSE qualified or equivalent.
