Machine Minder

• Carry out machine set up and prestart checks; ensure machine is safe to operate
• Carry out label and film roll changes
• Label print and verification checks, final product quality inspection
• Ensure machine is operating at maximum efficiency and follow Standard Running Conditions set out by the department
• Ensure workplace maintains high standards of GMP and hygiene & Health and Safety
• Support FLM to ensure smooth and safe delivery of production plan and carrying required quality
• Other tasks may include setting up and monitoring equipment, filling machines, paperwork, decanting ingredients, using the SAP system

• Passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
• A good standard of spoken and written English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Experience of problem solving and attention to detail
• You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
• You will need to enjoy working at pace and have a keenness to take action and achieve results in a fast moving business.
• Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

£14.40 + 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm - 6am (£15.84)
