OverviewThis multi‑site operation offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager. The company has recently invested heavily into the site, creating a great environment for an engineering manager who wants to develop their career both technically and in management.
Role SummaryYou will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team that carries out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventive maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance team for electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventive maintenance.
- Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of fully automated production machinery.
- Supervisory or leadership experience within the food, beverage, or FMCG industry.
- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
- Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
- Supervisory / Leadership experience within an FMCG environment.
- Recognised engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a food / FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Experience working as an Engineering Manager within food / beverage in the UK.
- PLC fault‑finding experience.
- Working for a market‑leading manufacturing business.
