Pilgrims Europe are looking for a Farm Assistant Plus - If you’re looking to start your farming career or if you have an interest to learn more about the importance of farming within the UK, this is the opportunity for you!

Joining as a Farm Assistant Plus, you will help and support the farm management team to enable the smooth running of the Farm.

In this varied role, no two days will be the same, you will be involved in site preparation and reassembly, handling birds, bird weighing, drinker cleaning, caring for the birds, general housekeeping and much more to ensure that bird welfare is maintained at all times.

We’re looking for individuals who can work with minimal supervision and enjoy a ‘hands-on’ role in a farming environment. A keen interest in farming, where animal welfare is of the upmost most importance will mean that you match our values and your passion for learning will ensure that you can continue to acquire new skills.

This role is a 5 from 7 shift pattern, with a sixth day as required by the needs of the business, covering 40 hours a week.
