Overview
We are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic haart Thetford team and kickstart a rewarding career in property sales. You will receive fully funded training through the Spicerhaart Training Academy, with no experience required. What matters most is your enthusiasm, strong communication skills and passion for helping people find their perfect home.
Key Benefits- £32,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30am‑6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am‑5pm every Saturday
