Our client is a leading fire protection company providing fire detection and suppression equipment and is expanding. Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Fire Extinguisher and Alarm Engineer.
OTE £42K - £48K per annum
Role:You will operate as a field service engineer and be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and inspection of fire extinguishers and alarm systems in the South London area.
- Repair and fault find fire suppression and alarm systems.
- Replace failed and faulty devices.
- Replace extinguishers and Fire Safely Ancillary products, emergency signage, etc.
- Upsell and cross‑sell Fire Safely Ancillary Products.
- Schedule your own works daily/weekly.
- At least three years experience as a Fire Extinguisher or Alarm engineer.
- BAFE certified for work on fire extinguishers.
- Hold a UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
- Opportunity to train and upskill to become a fire alarm and emergency lighting engineer.
- Excellent basic salary + bonus + commission OTE £42K – £48K.
