Our client is a leading fire protection company providing fire detection and suppression equipment. Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for this position.
OTE: £42K - £48K per annum.
RoleYou will operate as a field service engineer responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and inspection of fire extinguishers and alarm systems in the South London area.
- Repair and fault find fire suppression and alarm systems.
- Replace failed and faulty devices.
- Replace extinguishers and Fire Safely ancillary products, emergency signage, etc.
- Upsell and cross‑sell Fire Safely ancillary products.
- Schedule your own work daily/weekly.
- At least three years of experience as a fire extinguisher or alarm engineer.
- BAFE certified for work on fire extinguishers.
- UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
- Willingness to train and up‑skill to become a fire alarm and emergency lighting engineer (full training provided).
- Excellent basic salary + bonus + commission (OTE £42K‑£48K).
- 33 days annual leave.
