Are you a reliable and friendly driver with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives?

We are looking for a Minibus Driver to join our dedicated team at Thimbleby Court, supporting our residents with safe, comfortable, and enjoyable transport to appointments, social outings, and activities in the local community.

• Transport residents to medical appointments, day trips, and local events
• Ensure the minibus is clean, safe, and well‑maintained
• Assist residents on and off the vehicle in a kind and respectful manner
• Work closely with care staff to coordinate transport needs
• Maintain accurate records of journeys and vehicle checks

• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Due to the company insurance, drivers must be over 21 years of age and have held their driving licence for 3 years or more
• Previous driving experience
• Someone who holds or is willing to undertake the MIDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) assessment
• Friendly, patient, and professional manner
• Understanding of the needs of older people and those with mobility issues
• A commitment to health & safety and safeguarding standards
