Role Overview The Class 2 Driver will be responsible for safely operating a Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods and services to our clients while adhering to all road safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities Operate a Class 2 vehicle safely, following all traffic laws and company procedures.

Deliver goods and materials to scheduled locations, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Carry out daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks, reporting defects promptly.

Experience in securely strapping loads in a safe and legal manner

Maintain accurate delivery documentation including logs, mileage and incident reports.

Provide professional customer service and resolve delivery‑related queries.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, hours‑of‑service rules and company H&S policies.

Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and planning teams to support efficient operations.

Follow company Health, Safety & Environment procedures and driver handbook requirements.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in daily work tasks and processes.

Skills and Experience UK Driving Licence Category CIn‑date UK Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
Strong navigation ability and working knowledge of UK road networks.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced in safely and legally securing loads.

Willingness to night out as required

Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturday mornings.
