Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive in a domiciliary care company to join our team in Rainham, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, with experience in dealing with local authorities and private sector clients to drive business growth and expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domiciliary care sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, private sector clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the care industry.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and progress.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development within the care sector, specifically domiciliary care.
  • Strong understanding of the domiciliary care industry, including relevant regulations and standards.
  • Experience in dealing with local authorities and private sector clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
