, a leading  utility services provider, as our Emerging Talent Coordinator (known internally as SLNT Coordinator).

This key role ensures the successful delivery of apprenticeship, diversity, and workforce development commitments across our Transport for London (TfL) contracts. Acting as the single point of contact between Lanes Group, TfL, and our supply chain partners, you’ll make a real impact on careers and communities.

• Develop and Deliver SLNT Plans: Create обращать and maintain Strategic labour Needs BAS and Implementation Plans for each TfL contract, ensuring alignment with TfL’s Skills & Employment Strategy.
• Coordinate Apprenticeships and Social Value Initiatives: Lead recruitment for apprenticeships, organize targeted work placements, and deliver educational engagement activities to promote social mobility.
