The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Science leader who can:

• Provide clear, ambitious direction for the Science department
• Drive high standards in teaching, curriculum design, assessment, and outcomes
• Coach, mentor, and develop teachers at all stages of their careers
• Model excellent classroom practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Use data intelligently to raise attainment across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Foster a collaborative team ethos and champion STEM across the school

You will play a key role in shaping the next phase of academic growth and innovation within the faculty.
