ACR are currently partnering with a well-established and reputable M&E contractor with over 40 years’ experience delivering mechanical and electrical projects across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business known for its technical expertise, long-standing client relationships, and high standards of delivery. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing all mechanical and electrical aspects of projects.

* Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards.

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.

* Coordinating with site, design, and commercial teams.

* Monitoring progress and resolving any on-site issues.

* Managing budgets, variations, and cost control alongside the commercial team.

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

* Overseeing commissioning, testing, and final handover documentation.

* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.

The Ideal Candidate :

* Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within a contractor environment.

* Strong technical knowledge of building services.

* Good organisational and communication skills.

* Commercial awareness and experience managing project costs.

* Proactive and solution-focused approach.
