Position: Service Manager/supported living (Permanent)
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage a specialist supported living service based in Rainham, Kent. This service supports one male individual with complex needs, and you will be responsible for leading a team of eight support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Essential requirements:

* Previous experience in a management or senior role within health and social care.

* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver outstanding care.

* Candidate must drive and have a full Drivers License
