Overview
This is a brand new family run restaurant offering British fusion cuisine looking for a head chef to put his authentic, personal twist on the menu. While taking lead with his team offering training, passion, teamwork and ambition to grow.
Responsibilities- Lead the kitchen and team with a view to delivering high standards and authentic, personal menu twists.
- Provide training and guidance to the kitchen team; foster passion, teamwork and a culture of growth.
