Administrator

Location: Bupa, Leeds Clinic, LS1 2EP

Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent, 3 set days

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Shifts:

7:00am–3:30pm, 8:00am–4:30pm, 9:00am–5:00pm, and 9:30am–6:00pm.

Salary: £16,740 + benefits

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team at the Leeds clinic. In this role, you will provide essential front‑office and back‑office support to ensure patients receive outstanding service from entry until they leave. The work can be fast‑paced and demanding at times, but with the support of your colleagues and team leader you will finish each day knowing you have made a meaningful difference to every customer.

Responsibilities
  • Work on reception: greet customers and help schedule appointments smoothly and friendly
  • Support clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, enabling them to focus on patient care
  • Carry out day‑to‑day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly – including post, calls, emails, card transactions, invoice processing and delivery note organisation
  • Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required time frames
Key

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional, client‑focused customer service in person, e.g. retail or hospitality; experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative role; healthcare experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong time‑management skills and flexibility – you will adapt quickly and support different areas throughout your shift
  • Excellent attention to detail, solid computing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
