We've got an amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly, and sociable team in Horsforth (LS18) - this is not a call centre it is a small customer service team.

If you've worked in a Telephone Customer Service, we want to hear from you. Also face to face customer service will be considered. What matters most is your passion for helping people, building relationships, and bringing energy to every interaction.

💰 Salary: £24,000-£24,500

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Horsforth, LS18 - with parking!

What you'll be doing:

Chatting with business clients and taking their product orders

Processing payments with accuracy and efficiency

Solving customer queries with a smile and company flair

Upselling fun products special promotions

Building brilliant client relationships that last

Working closely with their distribution and stock teams

What we're looking for:

A confident communicator who's great at connecting with people

Energetic, positive, and ready to make work enjoyable

Previous customer service experience (face-to-face or over the phone)
