£90 - £100 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Leeds (LS18). This full-time role begins in January 2026 and involves supporting a Year 3 class as part of a well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and passionate Learning Support Assistant who thrives in a supportive school environment and is committed to making a positive impact on pupils' learning.

This school is a 2 form Primary school located in LS18 that welcomes a diverse range of pupils. Kindness and respect are engrained seamlessly throughout this very supportive primary school.

• We're looking for someone with previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with KS1 or KS2 pupils.
• Leading intervention sessions
• Providing 1:1 support
• Running small group catch-up activities
