From our Horsforth and Manchester offices, our teams work across sectors and geographies, building genuine, long-term relationships with clients and candidates rather than chasing quick wins.

We're looking for experienced Recruiters to join us. If you're good at what you do and want to do it somewhere that genuinely invests in you, we'd welcome the opportunity to talk.

You'll have a track record of billing in a recruitment environment, whether that's perm, temp, or contract desks. You understand what it takes to build a pipeline, manage a full 360 process, and keep clients and candidates onside when things get tight.

Just as important, you'll align with how we work: high performing, honest, and genuinely invested in the people you're placing, not just the fee.

We're especially keen to hear from:

• Recruiters who've worked in the UK market and want to transition into international recruitment
• Recruiters already working internationally who want a business that will back that with real investment and infrastructure
• Anyone who's outgrown their current desk or business and wants more scope, better tools, and a genuine path forward

• Training and development from day one - our Performance Team invests in every employee, regardless of experience level. If you're newer to the industry, they'll build your fundamentals properly. If you're experienced, they'll sharpen what you're already good at and help you specialise.
• Significant earning potential - clear salary banding from £30,000 at entry level up to £100,000, plus commission of up to 30% on your own revenue with no threshold.
