PA / Legal Secretary – Commercial Property

We are seeking an experienced PA / Legal Secretary to provide dedicated support to the Director within the Commercial Property team of a small firm of Solicitors which has been established for 30 years

This is a key role in a close-knit, family-run firm where you will play an important part in supporting a busy and varied caseload.

The Role Will Include:

* Providing direct PA support to the Director

* Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence

* Managing files from opening through to completion

* Handling post-completion work (including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions)

* Conducting property searches

* Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties

* General administrative and office support duties

About You:

* Previous experience in a Commercial Property or legal secretarial role

* Strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

* Excellent attention to detail

* Highly organised and proactive

* Able to work independently in a small team environment
