Office Administrator tasks to include:

* general clerical duties

* telephone calls and emails

* diary bookings

* maintain database system

* filing and scanning

* maintain electronic records

* Invoicing

* greeting clients

Successful applicants must have:

* relevant office experience

* Microsoft Office and Excel

* experience with Teams

* strong communication and interpersonal skills

* good attention to detail

15 Hours a week plus holiday cover
