Level 2 Vehicle Tech

Our client, a leading automotive company in Storrington, United Kingdom, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 2 Vehicle Technician to join their team. As a Level 2 Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition for our customers.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix problems
• Follow manufacturer's guidelines and specifications for all repairs and maintenance
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of all work
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and techniques through training and development opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal automotive training program or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Vehicle Technician
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
