A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team delivering a major battery storage factory project in Bridgwater. You will take commercial responsibility for the Groundworks and RC package on site, managing cost control, contract administration, forecasting, reporting, and subcontractor management. Strong experience in Groundworks and RC projects is essential to successfully deliver this complex and fast-moving programme.

You will primarily work remotely, attending site only twice per week, with free accommodation available if required for commuting.

This is a high profile, technically challenging project within a business that invests in its people and delivers large scale infrastructure projects. You will be trusted with significant responsibility, with real visibility and the chance to contribute to the success of a major industrial development.

• Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience on Groundworks and RC projects

• Based locally or willing to relocate / use provided accommodation for site visits

£60,000 to £100,000 depending on experience, plus package including free accommodation if required.
