General Labourer Required Horsham (8-Week Project)

Rate: £17.50 - £18.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable General Labourer for an 8-week refurbishment project based in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional site team on a busy project, with work commencing on 6th July.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of site labouring duties, supporting the site management team and trades throughout the project. A significant part of the role will involve assisting with the strip-out phase, ensuring materials are removed safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with strip-out and demolition works
• Removal and disposal of waste materials
• Site clearance and maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
• Assisting skilled trades and subcontractors as required
• Protecting finished areas and materials
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Reporting any hazards or issues to site management
• General labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

• A valid CSCS Card
• A current DBS Certificate
• Previous experience working on construction or refurbishment projects
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full PPE

• Competitive pay rate of £17.50 - £18.00 per hour
• 8 weeks of continuous work
• Opportunity to work with an established contractor
• Immediate start from 6th July
• Weekly pay
