Working closely with operational teams, clients, supply chain partners and stakeholders, you'll lead the successful delivery of construction activities across live water networks while maintaining excellent customer and client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping Southern Water reduce leakage, improve network resilience and deliver sustainable solutions for the future.

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying efficiencies across the contract.
- Promoting exceptional customer service and ensuring minimal disruption to local communities
A proven track record of delivering construction, utilities or infrastructure projects, ideally within water, leakage or wider utility networks. You'll be confident leading teams, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with excellent planning, budgeting and problem-solving skills, a strong focus on health, safety and risk management, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
A full UK driving licence is essential. Experience working on water utility frameworks, particularly with Southern Water, along with qualifications such as SMSTS, APM or PRINCE2, knowledge of leakage reduction programmes and network optimisation, and NRSWA accreditation would be beneficial.
