Position SummaryPart‑time Performer Dentist required for 2–3 days per week in a busy, mixed practice in Horsham, West Sussex.
- Mon, Tue & Wed
- Up to 2200 UDAs
- Up to £13 per UDA
- 50% split on Private & Labs – EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL
- Loyal patient base
- 3 fully computerised surgeries
- Digital X‑rays
- Full Support Team with 2 associates, hygienist/therapist, dental nurses and PM
- 10 minutes walk from train station
- Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12–36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
