Architectural Technician
Location:
West Sussex
Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 DOE
An award winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its modern and highly sociable studio in West Sussex. The team delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and people centred design.

- Support the technical delivery of medium to large scale residential projects
- Prepare detailed drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages
- Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details
Assist with building regulations submissions and technical compliance - Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure well resolved project information
- Attend site meetings and contribute to the smooth delivery of projects
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- CIAT membership or working towards chartership desirable
- Minimum 1 year UK practice experience, ideally within residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit experience advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
