What You'll Be Doing

Inspire and support students every day , whether working in the classroom, in small groups, or providing tailored 1:1 support to help them succeed.

Build meaningful relationships that help student s feel safe, understood, valued, and ready to learn.

Make a positive impact on behaviour through nurturing, consistent, and supportive approaches.

Celebrate every success , tracking progress and working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to help student s overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Create opportunities to thrive by helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student can flourish.

What you will bring

You don't need years of SEN experience, we're looking for the right person.

• GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
• Patience, empathy and resilience, even during challenging moments.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• The ability to build trusting relationships and inspire confidence.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Driving licence required
