Role Overview
Senex Recruitment is working on behalf of a client based in Pulborough, West Sussex to recruit a Test Technician specialising in mechanical and materials testing. This is a permanent, on-site role offering flexible working options, full or part time.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out mechanical and materials testing on components and products
- Recording, analysing and reporting test results accurately
- Setting up and operating test rigs and equipment
- Working to relevant testing standards and procedures
- Liaising with engineering teams on test outcomes
- Experience in a mechanical or materials testing environment
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Comfortable using test equipment and interpreting results
- Strong communication skills for reporting findings to engineering teams
- Permanent role with a stable, established employer
- Flexible working options available, full or part time
- Salary of £32,000 per year
