An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care Team in Horsham. This full-time locum role focuses on delivering high-quality reablement and community-based interventions that support adults to regain independence and improve quality of life.

Working autonomously while closely collaborating with wider adult social care services, you will play a key role in assessment, intervention, and service coordination, ensuring person-centred and outcome-focused practice.

Provide specialist advice and guidance to service users, families, and carers.

Contribute to multi-disciplinary working to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.

Travel across the Horsham area to deliver community-based reablement services using your own vehicle.

Maintain accurate and timely records in line with local authority policies and professional standards.

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Experience with in adult social care or community-based occupational therapy is desirable.
