Our service supports four people with a wide range of needs, including emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and expressing themselves. They receive several hours of 1:1 support during the day, with some shared support day and night. Some may self‑harm or display behaviours of concern.

• Provide 1:1 support during the day and shared support at day and night.
• Adapt to the changing needs of people with enduring mental health problems.
• Support individuals to regain independence through empowerment, positive risk‑taking and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Practice Positive Behaviour Support and understand the psychology behind complex behaviours.

• Passion for working with people with mental health, autism, and learning disability.
• Active interest in the psychology behind challenging behaviours.
• Mature, flexible, and adaptable.
• Willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support.
• Eligibility to drive – we are also looking for drivers.
