As a Recruitment Consultant you will find and engage niche, high‑calibre candidates in the Med Tech sector, connect with clients, run the full recruitment process, and build a strong, responsive candidate pipeline. The role offers a high earning potential with OTE and commission structure.

• Identify, engage, and shortlist high‑calibre candidates within the Life Sciences sector, focusing on Medical Technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to uncover fresh hiring opportunities.
• Understand client needs in detail and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Attend client meetings and stay closely connected to market demand.
• Lead the full recruitment process from CV shortlisting and phone screening to interview coordination and registration.
• Fill roles efficiently, meeting agreed timelines.
• Develop a strong, responsive candidate pipeline to anticipate client requirements.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates through high‑quality communication and service.

• Sales experience is helpful but not essential – drive, attitude, and motivation are most important.
• Confidence to thrive in a competitive, professional environment.
• Self‑motivation, resilience, and a strong target‑driven mindset.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to perform in a results‑focused role.

• £50k+ OTE in the first year, with potential to earn £100k+ by year three.
• Up to 40% commission with no threshold and no cap.
