ITS Building People – Horsham

ITS Building People in Horsham is a well-established construction recruitment agency, based near the centre of town. With over 20 years’ experience, we supply Trades, Labour, and Management staff on both a temporary and permanent basis.

As part of our continued growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Trades & Labour team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to become part of an established, high-performing, and fast-paced sales environment.

The role will involve developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships, working with a mix of blue-chip and SME construction clients across the Sussex area. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing client accounts, and building a strong weekly plan of temporary trades and labour staff.

Salary & Package

* £28,000 – £33,500 basic salary

* Uncapped commission

* 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-based role

* Confidence in running and managing a recruitment desk
