Payroll Manager

An established, fast‑growing organization is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Payroll Manager to take ownership of a multi‑country payroll function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on role, enjoys improving processes, and is keen to grow with the business.

You will manage payroll operations across the UK, USA, Singapore, and Japan
, working with internal teams and international payroll bureaus to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.

Base pay range

The range is provided by Camino Partners Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll cycles across multiple companies (bi‑weekly for the US).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle all starter/leaver processing.
  • Calculate salary changes, commissions, bonuses, and pro‑rated pay.
  • Prepare payroll reports and investigate any discrepancies prior to approval.
  • Administer the company pension scheme, including uploads and updates.
  • Process staff expenses and ensure correctihak VAT documentation.
  • Process HMRC payroll submissions and payments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong UK payroll experience; exposure to internationalalles payroll is an advantage.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and confident working independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and competency with data entry.
  • Strong communication skills and a supportive approach.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including lookups and SUMIFs).
  • Experience calculating commissions and bonuses.
  • Experience with P11D submissions.
  • Experience with Sage Payroll, Sage 50 Accounts, or Sage Intacct.
  • Payroll qualifications (or currently studying).
  • Experience with in the recruitment industry.
