We are recruiting on behalf of a growing technology services organisation seeking an experienced Projects Engineer to support the delivery of client projects across London and the South East.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple work streams, supporting project delivery from planning through to completion, and acting as a reliable technical point of contact when challenges arise. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities Ow

• Support the day-to-day delivery of technical projects, acting as a point of contact for client requests via phone and email
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and flag risks or issues early
• Assist with on-site installations and project work, including pre-project planning and risk assessments
• Schedule and manage project tasks, ensuring logical delivery stages, time frames, and budget awareness
• Travel to client sites as required to deliver project and support work
• Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, and records
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are organised and fit for purpose
Carry out proactive system maintenance and make improvement recommendations
• Monitor backup systems and system health
• Provide remote technical support using remote monitoring and management tools

• Ability to manage workload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator with a professional and reassuring telephone manner
• Able to remain calm and solutions-focused in high restrained situations
• Strong awareness of confidentiality and data protection requirements
• Commercially aware with a proactive, results‑driven mindset
• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to meat on your feet
• Good technical and computer literacy
• Solid project management skills
• Strong analytical, written, and numeracy abilities
