Location:
Office based - Horsham, West Sussex
1st Line - IT Support duties:
Support with 1st line technical queries and issues
Configure laptops, mobile phones, tablets and printers
Update IT users - starters / users and documentation
Monitor and troubleshoot IT Helpdesk tickets
Skills and experience:
Experience of working in a similar IT support - 1st line type role
Good communication skills both verbally and written
Excellent IT skills
