Job DescriptionWe’reseeking an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join the Emmetts IT team. Based in our Horsham Head Office, thiscentral role provides first-level technical support to both onsite and remote staff across our 15 branch locations.
Using our Service Desk system, you will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues, escalating when required, to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our organisation’s technology systems.
This isa great opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical capability while gaining exposure to a diverse IT environment across a multi-site business.
What You’ll Need:- 1+ years of professional IT support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving capability and initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A team-focused mindset with a strong customer service approach
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Operating Systems
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Experience or exposure to Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience or exposure to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune
- Experience or exposure to Networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP
