Benchmark is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide first and second-line support for colleagues across the group. You will help maintain a secure, high-performing IT environment, support end users and devices, and contribute to service improvements.
You will work closely with Technology teams, deliver timely resolutions, and assist with onboarding acquired businesses. A proactive, customer-focused attitude and strong communication are essential.
