We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic property lawyer to fill a permanent senior conveyancer post within the Planning and Conveyancing Team.

You will be required to have experience in a broad range of conveyancing matters and preferably in more than one of the following areas of conveyancing work: major developments and regeneration schemes, freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold acquisitions and disposals and residential leasehold extensions.

The successful candidate will be qualified as CILEX level 6, solicitor or barrister or equivalent with commercial conveyancing experience in either the public or private sector.
