We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team in Horsham. You'll take ownership of plant reliability - carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance, fixing breakdowns fast, and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep production running smoothly.

If you're a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Fitter, Electrical Engineer, or Shift Engineer ready for your next challenge, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Perform planned and reactive maintenance (PPM and breakdown)
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely.
Carry out maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
Support process improvements and reliability projects.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance.

What You'll Need

Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, or similar.
Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC, HNC).
A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
