An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing, family-owned regional construction company, backed by significant investors and delivering both their own developments and projects as a residential main contractor.
With steady growth over the past 18 months, this house builder is delivering 150 units annually across Kent & Sussex, specialising in timber-frame developments of 50–100 units. With four live sites, a robust pipeline, and ambitious plans to double turnover by 2030 to deliver 500 units per year, the business is entering an exciting new chapter.

The Role
As a Site Manager / Project Manager, you will:

* Report directly to the Operations Manager.

* Lead delivery of beautiful 6 timber frame houses development

* Manage and coordinate, site team and subcontractors, and resources to achieve excellence in health, safety, environment, quality, and programme performance.

* Promote a customer-first culture, ensuring every home is delivered to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

* Uphold consistent delivery standards across site operations.
This is a site-based, permanent position, offering autonomy and responsibility in a senior role where your expertise will have a direct impact on the company’s growth.

Requirements

* Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager (or Contracts Manager) within house building or residential construction.

* Experience delivering multi-unit residential schemes from start to finish.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site-based teams effectively.
