Warehouse Supervisor - GXO Logistics, Horsham

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Horsham, supporting our new business win, SGN. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily achievement of customer targets and achieving contractual KPIs and SLAs while providing effective leadership, motivation and communication to develop your team, making them best in class. This is a full‑time, permanent position, predominantly working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

Salary up to £35,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). • Understand the forecast and actual volumes each day while assisting planning of resources appropriately with close liaison with the Cluster Manager
• Identify problems and take decisive actions to resolve them using in‑house policy or operational procedures where required
• Take preventative steps including regular checks on processes to ensure stock is protected and the opportunity for theft or loss is reduced
• Ensure that all equipment is operational and maintained in line with company guidelines while fully supporting the team on the road to zero

• Previous experience in managing a multi‑skilled team in a fast‑paced environment is essential
• Prior working knowledge of DLX is advantageous
• Ability to embrace change and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
